Jeffrey B. Growing up in Hawaii’s multi-cultural environment gifted Jeff with the ability to develop rapport with the diverse audiences he presents to.  Working his way up from "street cop" to the rank of Major on the Command Staff of the Honolulu Police Department, he witnessed nearly every aspect of human tragedy and triumph, and organizational failure and success along the way.  He was one of Hawaii’s first Hostage Negotiators; an experience that called on and honed his highly effective communication skills.  These experiences give him a keen understanding of people, leadership, and organizations.

Jeff is the founder and CEO of Transcend Inc., a Hawaii company providing training, investigation, and threat management services.  He is a Licensed Private Detective, Threat Assessment Expert, Security and Executive Protection Professional.
